I aim to offer accessible and flexible psychological and mental health treatment services for individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, panic disorder, specific phobia, low self-esteem and stress for example.

50 minute Psychological Intervention - face to face

I am not currently offering face to face sessions.

50 minute Psychological Intervention - Telehealth

Online sessions can be just as effective as face to face sessions for most people. Complete a session anywhere in Australia as long as you can connect online.

Fees:

$275 -

If you receive a referral and a GP Mental Health Care Plan you can claim up to $149.05 per session on Medicare for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year making the out of pocket expense $125.95 per session.

80 minute EMDR intervention face to face or Telehealth

When working on certain issues a longer EMDR session is highly recommended.

$390 --

If you receive a referral and a GP Mental Health Care Plan you can claim up to $149.05 per session on Medicare for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year making the out of pocket expense $240.95 per session.
