I am currently offering Telehealth appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 

If you are being held back by anxiety, depression, the impacts of trauma or abuse, self-criticism, fear or something you can't quite put your finger I would be honored to use my clinical expertise and training to help you improve your mental health and build a brighter tomorrow.

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in treating adults experiencing psychological concerns. I am a trained EMDR therapist and Schema therapist and also draw on CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness and Compassion-based Therapies.

 

I am currently offering online Telehealth psychology sessions only. You can access the full Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with my services. Group sessions are also available with a rebate.
